Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Late Arrival

As Royal Crown Spa operates on a continuous 24-hour schedule, we try our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next guest, with the full session amount still applicable.

No-Show

If a guest fails to arrive for a confirmed appointment without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. Repeated no-shows may require advance confirmation for future bookings.

Refund Eligibility

Because our massage and spa treatments are personal wellness services delivered in real time, refunds are generally limited to the situations below:

Session cancelled by Royal Crown Spa (staff unavailability, closure, etc.) Full refund or free rescheduling, guest's choice
Guest is genuinely dissatisfied and reports it before leaving the premises Reviewed case-by-case; may include a complimentary follow-up session
Session already completed as booked Not eligible for refund
Guest cancels after the treatment has started Not eligible for refund
No-show without prior cancellation Not eligible for refund
Please Note: As payments are made on-site at the time of service (cash or card), most bookings do not involve advance payment. Any refund related to on-site payments will be processed on the same day, using the original payment method where possible.

Service Quality Concerns

Your comfort and satisfaction matter to us. If you feel a treatment did not meet the standard you expected, please inform our reception team immediately, before leaving the spa, so we can address it on the spot — whether that means adjusting the treatment, assigning a different therapist, or offering an appropriate resolution.

Package & Promotional Offers

Any special packages, promotional pricing, or offers communicated via call or WhatsApp are subject to the specific terms shared at the time of booking. Please confirm the applicable cancellation and refund terms for such offers directly with our team before booking.
