These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests, visitors, and users of Royal Crown Spa's services and website at royalcrownspas.com.

3. Booking and Appointments

3.1 Walk-In Guests

Walk-in guests are welcome at any hour. Availability of specific therapists or rooms cannot be guaranteed for walk-ins, but Royal Crown Spa will make every reasonable effort to accommodate guests promptly.

3.2 Advance Bookings

Bookings can be made by calling or WhatsApp-ing +971 55 712 2136 or via our contact page. A booking is confirmed only upon receiving verbal or written confirmation from our team.

3.3 Therapist Requests

Guests may request a specific therapist at booking. Availability is subject to scheduling. If a requested therapist is unavailable, an equally qualified alternative will be offered.

3.4 Late Arrivals

Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late for a confirmed appointment may have their session time reduced accordingly. The session price remains unchanged regardless of arrival time.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Standard Pricing

All massage sessions are priced at 99 AED, regardless of session duration (60 or 90 minutes), time of day, or day of the week. There are no additional charges for oil quality, room selection, or therapist specialisation.

4.2 Payment Methods

Payment is accepted in cash (UAE Dirhams) or by card at the facility. Payment is due at the time of the session. Royal Crown Spa does not accept advance deposits or online payments at this time.

4.3 Price Changes

Royal Crown Spa reserves the right to revise service pricing at any time. Changes will be communicated on the website before taking effect. Confirmed bookings made before a price change will be honoured at the original price.

4.4 No Hidden Fees

Royal Crown Spa does not charge any fees beyond the stated session price. Gratuities for therapists are voluntary and entirely at the guest's discretion.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

5.1 Guest Cancellations

Guests with advance bookings who need to cancel are requested to notify us as early as possible by calling or WhatsApp-ing +971 55 712 2136, so the slot can be offered to other guests.

5.2 No-Shows

Since no advance payment or deposit is required, there is no financial penalty for no-shows. However, repeated no-shows without notice may affect the ability to make future advance bookings.

5.3 Spa-Initiated Cancellations

Royal Crown Spa reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if a guest has a health condition that makes massage inadvisable, if facility conditions require it, or if a guest has previously violated our conduct policy. No charge will be applied in such cases.

6. Health, Safety, and Medical Conditions

6.1 Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies (including skin or oil allergies), or health concerns to their therapist before the session begins. This includes recent surgeries, cardiovascular conditions, skin conditions, pregnancy, or chronic pain.

6.2 Contraindications

Certain health conditions may make massage therapy inadvisable. Therapists are trained to identify common contraindications and may decline to perform a session if it appears unsafe. This decision is final and made in the guest's best interest.

6.3 No Medical Advice

Royal Crown Spa provides massage and wellness services only. Our therapists are not licensed medical professionals and nothing at Royal Crown Spa constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Guests with medical concerns should consult a qualified physician before undergoing massage therapy.

6.4 Hygiene Standards

Fresh linens are used for each guest and all equipment is sanitised between sessions. Guests are also expected to maintain basic personal hygiene before their session.

7. Guest Conduct

7.1 Respectful Behaviour

All guests are expected to treat Royal Crown Spa staff with dignity and respect. Verbal abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour, or disrespect toward any staff member will result in immediate termination of the session and removal from the premises. No refund will be issued in such cases.

7.2 Appropriate Conduct During Sessions

Royal Crown Spa provides professional massage and wellness services only. Any request or attempt to obtain services of an inappropriate or unlawful nature will result in immediate termination of the session, removal from the facility, and may be reported to the relevant UAE authorities.

7.3 Facility Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the facility.
  • Guests under the influence of alcohol will not be admitted.
  • Mobile phones must be on silent mode in treatment areas.
  • Personal belongings are the guest's responsibility. Royal Crown Spa is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • Guests must follow all instructions given by therapists and staff for safety and hygiene reasons.

7.4 Right to Refuse Service

Royal Crown Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at its discretion, including cases involving intoxication, unsafe health conditions, or prior misconduct at the facility.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

8.1 Limitation of Liability

Royal Crown Spa's liability in connection with any session or service is limited to the amount paid for that specific session. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

8.2 Personal Property

Royal Crown Spa is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. Guests are advised to leave valuables at home or keep them secure throughout their visit.

8.3 Pre-Existing Conditions

Royal Crown Spa is not liable for any injury or adverse reaction resulting from a guest's failure to disclose a pre-existing medical condition, allergy, or health concern before the session.

8.4 Website Accuracy
